February has just really flown by! I know it’s the shortest month of the year, but should 2-3 fewer days really make a difference? Apparently, guys. Apparently.

The year 2018 was my return to writing after a two year break, and I accomplished my goal of complete a second complete revision of my novel. (Baby steps. What can I say?) This year I’ve begun a third revision while also taking time to work on some short stories. Since I usually only get about three or four hours a week to write, my time is usually stretched thin between reading other short stories, writing my own, and revising my novel, but I love being back in the world of writing! I didn’t realize how much I missed it.

My goals for this year are to finish revising my novel, publish a few short stories, and hopefully start the process of querying to find an agent. It’s a bit more ambitious than last year but totally doable! I’ll keep you updated, and hopefully there will be good news along the way.
